The League campaign finished on Tuesday night with a 3-2 over Downpatrick , leaving us to  finish 8th in the table. As other teams have found out early Cup runs pay take their toll in the later stages of the season with many teams playing Tues Thursday and Saturday to make up the backlog and Dunmurry Rec was no exception. That being said there is one bit of business to be completed before the Lads get their well deserved rest and that is the Clarence cup Final against local neighbours Derriaghy CC .

No doubt the Cup will be small consolation to them for missing out on promotion to the Premier league
